Westbury Shoppe ships all items listed on this website across Canada.

Westbury Shoppe is located in Saskatoon, Canada and charges the sales taxes (PST) applicable to Saskatchewan. Orders shipped outside of Saskatchewan are charged the sales tax applicable to the shipping destination's region. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Lead Times

Decor items are stocked in our warehouse and ship within 5 business days. Large art ships directly from the manufacturer to you. Each manufacturer has specific shipping lead times. Once you place an order we'll contact you within 48hrs to give you an approximate lead time. Once your item is shipped you'll receive a tracking number where you'll be able to track the package and know its exact delivery date. Orders with multiple items may have multiple tracking numbers and different arrival dates. Most items on the store ship within 5-10 business days. Items with longer lead times like made to order art has the approximate lead times listed in the product description. 

Items are shipped via Courier (Purolator, UPS, Fedex, DHL Express, or Canada Post). Some of our larger items are considered oversize and may be shipped with a freight carrier. Please note STANDARD DELIVERY IS DOOR STEP ONLY. Additional charges may apply for rural locations, buildings or or any other complex deliveries. Please contact us with any questions!

Delays

Delays in shipment or delivery can be caused due to holidays, busy season, weather, or various other reasons. These delays are out of our control and can push the delivery window past the 2-4 weeks or lead time given at the time of ordering. We ask for your patience during these times as we do our best to ensure all items get to our customers as quickly as possible.

Stock

We do our best to feature in stock items but in some instances, products can sell out before our team has the chance to update our website. If you purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you with an estimated stock date. If the date isn't to your liking we will reimburse you 100% and/or suggest a similar in-stock item.

Local Saskatoon Delivery

We offer $5 local delivery for any order with a delivery address in the Saskatoon area.

Rural Location 

Please note if your delivery is going to a rural location you may be subject to additional shipping charges.
